In this course we continue the inquire into to the mindfulness state of non-judgementaly staying with what is in the present moment. We are going deeper in the practise and looking at leading a Mindful Life in ongoing contact with joy. In this course we introduce new techniques to manage emotions and anxiety among them a radical forgiveness exercise to free ourself from hurts and resentments from the past.
Total 4 classes. Each class is 45 – 60 minutes.
Course Content
Week One
- Giving up trying- learning to get out of your own way and let be.
- Ethical context of Mindfulness in the workplace.
- Insight into the human condition

Week Two
- Turning toward difficult thoughts and emotions not away from.
- Stop chasing an Outcome and learn to let go.
- Listening Mindfulness
- Mindful Eating
- Mindful Breathing 1 and 2

WEEK THREE
- Forgiveness as a way to let go of hurts and resentments.
- Radical Acceptance of Life’s ups and downs.
- Re-writing your inner script to acknowledge the good in your life.

WEEK FOUR
- Mindfulness; the vehicle of Wisdom
- Leading a Mindful Life- ongoing contact with Joy.
- Gratitude- being grateful for all life experiences.
